Overview
A CrossFit affiliate in Barcelona. The gym had an outdated website that was losing potential members to better-looking competitors — despite running better classes. The brief was direct: make it look as good as it performs.
The design draws on the CrossFit brand identity — orange against black, raw photography of athletes at maximum effort, bold display type. But the execution is refined: every section has a clear purpose, the class schedule is instantly readable, and the membership conversion path is optimised at every step. Community is the gym's strongest asset, so the website leads with people, not equipment.

Technical
Custom HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript. The class schedule is driven by a structured JSON file that non-technical staff can update directly — no CMS login, just a shared spreadsheet that exports to JSON. Membership enquiry forms connect to the gym's existing CRM.
Performance-critical for local search: local SEO configured for CrossFit Barcelona searches, Google My Business integration, and structured data for the sports facility. Deployed on Cloudflare Pages. Lighthouse: 95+.
